One of the most important events of this autumn, the third edition of «Baku HR Experience», has been successfully come to an end.
The event, that took place at the Boulevard Hotel from November 16 to 17, was organized by P World — Azerbaijan’s leading event agency and sponsored by PASHA Bank as the “Corporate Bank of Choice”.
“Baku HR Experience” has been totally revamped with brand new speakers and presentations focusing on the latest trends in the regional and global HR industry.
“This year’s event covered topics focused on Talent Management, People Development Strategies, Company Culture, Change Management and Positive Work Environment to provide the HR community with competitive advantages in the HR world. We also included a full day interactive workshop covering stress management and employee wellbeing led by Teddy Frank, one of the worlds most acclaimed HR professional in the field” said Chief Marketing Officer at P World Sanja Popovska.

P World proudly presented the third edition of the “Excellence in HR Awards” on November 16. After careful consideration, from the many application the international panel of judges awarded six trophies to mark the excellence in HR in three categories. In the small company category Germes Consulting won “HR team of the year” award, while Amrahbank was awarded in a medium size company category.
Three awards in the “HR Manager of the year” in a large company category were given to Sayadkhanim Huseynzade from Azfen. Fatima Mirza from Nobel Oil was awarded in the “HR Manager of the year” in a medium sized company category, while Milana Ragimova from Germes Consulting won award in “HR Manager of the year” in a small company category.
The international panel of judges also honored Narmina Maharramova as the “HR Newcomer of the year”.
